I overhauled the welcome email campaign for MetWest – revising copy and updating the design and imagery. As a result, overall email engagement rates have increased dramatically comparing old workflows, with clickthrough rates doubling on average.

As a result, website traffic from email marketing increased dramatically by over 400% within 4 months.

Additionally I expanded the company’s email strategy to include 11 new workflows targeting specific niches of their clientele as well as regular promotional newsletters. The latter included Informational and Behind the Scenes Videos that were written, filmed, and edited by myself.
